Return Policy

At FiveThirteen, we take great pride in offering high-quality wigs to our customers. To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our clients, we have established the following return policy:

Returns: We accept returns on wigs that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. The wig must be in brand-new, resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges: We gladly offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receiving your order. If you choose to exchange for a wig of lesser value, we will refund the difference, excluding taxes. Please note that the exchange will be processed and shipped once the original item is received and inspected for quality by our team. The wig must be in brand-new, resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene Standards: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way. This policy is in place to protect our customers and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Reporting Damaged Items: If your wig arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following:

A clear photo of the damaged wig and packaging.

A brief description of the damage or issue.
